Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using this website or entering into a service agreement with Teamwood Productions LLC for video and media production services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services or site for purposes that require acceptance of these terms.

2. Services and Deliverables

Teamwood Productions LLC provides professional video and media production, including planning, filming, editing, post-production, and related deliverables as described in your proposal, statement of work, or master services agreement. Specific scopes, milestones, and acceptance criteria will be set out in your written contract. While Teamwood Productions LLC commits to timely execution on its side, schedules may be affected by third-party factors (e.g., venue access, talent, or platform review) outside our direct control.

3. Fees and Payment

Fees, deposits, and payment schedules are specified in your agreement with Teamwood Productions LLC. Production deposits or retainers may be required before dates are held or crews are booked. Unless otherwise stated, failure to pay amounts when due may result in pausing work or withholding delivery of final masters.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for the applicable engagement, client rights to final deliverables (as defined in your contract) are granted as stated in that contract—typically a license to use the finished video and media for agreed purposes. Teamwood Productions LLC may retain rights to underlying production methods, templates, tools, and raw project files not expressly transferred. Client-provided assets remain the property of the client or its licensors.

5. Limitation of Liability

Production and distribution involve inherent risks (e.g., equipment failure, weather, platform policies). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teamwood Productions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services or this site. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from a project is generally limited to fees paid for that project, except where prohibited by law.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement as provided in the written agreement (often including notice and payment for work performed to date). Upon termination, Teamwood Productions LLC will provide completed work and materials already paid for, in accordance with the contract.

7. Notices
